1. Who We Are

MAA HIRA SOFTWARE provides custom mobile application and web-development services. The business is founded by Shibsankar Singh and operates from Maynapara, Belda, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal 721424, India. For privacy questions or requests, email maahirasoftware@gmail.com.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the public website, product showcase pages, contact experience, and restricted Owner Panel. It does not govern third-party websites, WhatsApp, email providers, Firebase, Vercel, or other services under their own privacy notices.

3. Information We Process

3.1 Information you provide

• Contact details: your name and email address.
• Enquiry content: project requirements, product name, messages, and any information you choose to include.
• Communications: subsequent email or WhatsApp correspondence, quotations, feedback, and support messages.
• Owner information: the authorized owner's email, authentication identifiers, and security-related login data processed through Firebase Authentication.

3.2 Information processed automatically

When you access the website, hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, including:

• IP address and approximate region derived from it;
• browser, device, operating-system, and language information;
• requested URL, referring page, access time, response status, and diagnostic logs;
• security, fraud-prevention, and performance signals.

We do not currently use a dedicated advertising tracker or sell visitor profiles. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.

4. How the Contact Form Works

The contact form does not currently save public enquiries in our Firestore database. When WhatsApp is configured, submitting the form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. If WhatsApp is unavailable or not configured, the form opens your email application with a pre-filled email to maahirasoftware@gmail.com. Your communication is then processed by WhatsApp/Meta, your email provider, and our email provider under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the form.

5. Purposes and Legal Grounds

We process information only when reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

• Responding to requests: to answer enquiries, discuss requirements, prepare quotations, and provide requested services.
• Business operations: to maintain correspondence, manage projects, keep appropriate business records, and improve our offerings.
• Website delivery: to display pages, retrieve product information, upload portfolio images, and operate the Owner Panel.
• Security: to authenticate the owner, enforce access controls, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the website and users.
• Legal compliance: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, accounting obligations, or protect legal rights.

Depending on the applicable law and context, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the business. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing.

6. Firebase and Hosting Services

We use Google Firebase services for website functionality:

• Cloud Firestore stores public product records and site contact settings.
• Cloud Storage for Firebase stores product images uploaded by the owner.
• Firebase Authentication authenticates the restricted Owner Panel.

Google may process service, security, and diagnostic data such as IP addresses, user-agent information, authentication data, and service usage. Firebase states that supported services use encryption in transit, and services including Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Storage encrypt data at rest. The website is deployed through Vercel, which may process request and infrastructure logs to host, secure, and operate the site.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The public website does not currently set advertising cookies. Essential storage or cookies may be used by infrastructure or authentication services when necessary for security, session management, fraud prevention, or reliable delivery. Browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect restricted functionality such as owner authentication.

8. When Information May Be Shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:

• service providers such as Google Firebase, Vercel, WhatsApp/Meta, and email providers;
• professional advisers or contractors who need the information to provide requested business services and are expected to protect it;
• government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required;
• protect the rights, safety, security, and property of MAA HIRA SOFTWARE, users, or others;
• support a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in India and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on service-provider contractual protections and other lawful transfer safeguards.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

• Enquiries and related communications are generally retained while the request or potential project is active and for up to 24 months afterward, unless a longer period is needed for a contract, dispute, tax, or legal requirement.

• Security and hosting logs are retained according to the applicable provider's operational schedule.
• Owner authentication data is retained while the owner account remains active or as needed for security and legal compliance.

Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed, and backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation is complete.

11. Security Measures

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, Firebase security rules, authenticated owner access, restricted write permissions, file-type and upload-size controls, and service-provider security features. No internet transmission, storage system, or security control can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• confirmation and a summary of personal information being processed;
• access to or a copy of your personal information;
• correction or completion of inaccurate information;
• deletion of information that is no longer required or is processed unlawfully;
• withdrawal of consent for future processing;

• data portability where applicable;
• information about relevant service providers or recipients;
• submission of a complaint or grievance to us and, where applicable, a competent data-protection authority.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days, or within any different period required by applicable law.

13. Children’s Privacy

This website and our development services are intended for business and general audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Product pages may link to demonstrations, WhatsApp, email applications, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content. Review the third party’s privacy notice before providing information.

15. Do Not Track

Because no common standard currently requires websites to interpret browser “Do Not Track” signals in one specific way, this website does not respond differently to those signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.
